Personalities students should look up to

Students develop their moral values and habits based on their influence. Children can be influenced easily and this quality is often used to influence them positively. This is possible by giving them a role model to look up to. But before having a role model, they are asked questions about what they would like to do when they grow up, and how would they want to become. To this, every child has a different answer. Some might be inspired to become a cricketer like Sachin Tendulkar, others might want to become a poet like Rabindranath Tagore.

Depending on their areas of interest, students choose a role model who satisfies their wishes the most. For example, a child would want to be like Sachin Tendulkar only if they are interested in playing cricket. But for them to want to have an influential role model, parents and teachers have to show them the way. Besides this, the school management system also plays a great role in allowing children to choose their area of dedication by giving them a lot of options to explore.

Here are some Famous Hollywood Celebrities who are known for their talents and contribution to society. A school management system can include such motivational and creative blogs about personalities in the LMS portal to inspire students;

Nikola Tesla

The reason why students are unaware of Nikola Tesla is that in his times he was an introverted man, and did not give way to social gatherings, dedicating most of his life to his inventions and scientific findings. His modern design of AC or the alternating current electricity supply system was a great breakthrough that changed the history of electricity.

Students can learn from him that sometimes it is alright to remain busy in our studies, and if social interaction is not desired, there is no need for it provided that they are working on themselves still. what this society think suffers is only relevant up to some point, after which our progress should start to matter more. This way, students become more comfortable with their real selves and have no self-esteem issues.

Rabindranath Tagore

Rabindranath Tagore is a popular poet, artist, songwriter novelist, and short story writer. He is an inspiration to students not only because of his various literary qualities but also because of his vibrant personality and dedication to his nation and the truth. He had received the knighthood from the British government when India was under its rule. However, his refusal to accept it was because of the Jallianwallah bagh tragedy.

Tagore remains a measure of literary success to many students and poets, and his works are still taught in schools. He might have been a man from a different era, but there is enough reason for not only children but also students to look up to him. He had given a detailed account of how parents cannot rely on the methods which were used to raise them because the generation in which our parents were raised was different from ours, hence a change is necessary and innovation will only bring positive escalations.

Brontë sisters

Emily, Anne, and Charlotte Brontë are the standards for classics. They can inspire children to be their true selves and to never be afraid of obstacles in their way. Their literary works were great, and are still valued in universities because the literature and social values in the books are enough to gather evidence of previous times, and to draw relation with the present times.

A lesser-known fact is that these sisters never had the opportunity to be popular in the times when they were alive. They had struggled throughout to write books and publish them under the pen names of men because women were often denied the privilege of publishing their works. Yet here we are, we read their works and even study them. A child can learn a lot from the determination of the Brontë sisters.

Conclusion

We all know about William Shakespeare, Sir Isaac Newton, Steve Jobs, and many other popular role models that students have and are usually told about. This list of people focused on the lesser known yet relevant personalities. It proves to students that popularity does not equal relevance. For real growth and success, real talents are needed. That is the only criteria.
